We ship out all orders within 48 hours of order placement.

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

COVID-19 impact on shipping times:

In light of the unprecedented circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic you may unfortunately experience delays in receiving your order. All shipping providers are currently experiencing staff shortages, as well as increased demand. As such, services everywhere are impacted.

Please allow for an additional 3 to 5 business days for US orders and an additional 9 to 15 business days for international orders.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as soon as possible!

*USPS our shipping carrier includes limited insurance coverage for certain packages and services at no additional charges. Shipments can only be insured if tracking, such as delivery or signature confirmation, is included on the package.

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates:

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders:

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.


Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Risk of Loss

How To Return An Item:

  1. Your item must be in its original, unopened, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
  2. To request a refund, please email info@nutripeeps.com using the subject line: “Refund Request”
       In your email, please state the reason for your return/refund request

  3. We will reach out with further instructions on how to return your items

Return Exceptions:

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Once your request is received, we will determine if it’s returnable or not.

Restocking Fee:

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Risk Of Loss:

All items purchased/or fulfilled from nutripeeps.com is made pursuant to a shipment contract with our various carriers. This means that the risk of loss passes to the buyer (you) when the goods are duly delivered to the carrier.

If your order was shipped via USPS, you must contact USPS to open a case so that they may investigate the loss. USPS customer service can be reached at 1-800-275-8777 or a case may be opened on their website at USPS.com. Once a resolution has been reached by USPS, we offer either a refund of your order (minus shipping fees) or a replacement order re-shipped to you depending on the outcome of the resolution.
